In 1984 six REALTORS from Nanaimo had a great idea for a new Real Estate company. A Real Estate Company that would cater to the needs of both the public, and the REALTORS serving them. From those early days, Coast Realty Group has since carried on to be the largest independent Real Estate Company on Vancouver Island.

A Company built on solid ethics and customer service. Coast Realty Group now serves the area from Ladysmith in the South to Campbell River in the North, including Gabriola Island, Powell River and Port Alberni. As a result of this growth, Coast Realty now employs over 170 salespeople along with a complimentary staff of over 30. The company has added Insurance, Property Management & Mortgage Service to our ever-expanding network of Real Estate related companies and in the last eight years when the population of REALTORS has diminished industry wide to less than one half of the numbers in 1993, Coast Realty Group has grown by over five hundred percent. That is quite an accomplishment and one that we are very proud of.
