The Lynch's have been Island residents since 1979, and successfully listing and selling Gabriola Island real estate for over 15 years. Randi is passionately involved in the activities of the island's artistic community, participates regularly in community volunteer initiatives, and is an avid quilter.                
 
Jennifer has been a serving director on the Vancouver Island Real Estate board since 2003, a Master Gardener who has contributed many years to the annual Gabriola Home and Garden Tour, and is an active member of the Gabriola Volunteer Fire Dept. Jennifer is also past president of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and sits on the board of directors for the BC Real Estate Association.              
 
Tina has intern experience with Art Therapy for seniors and children, is a member of the Gabriola Cooperative Preschool executive team, and is busy raising her own family here on the island.
