Brie Cheese Making Course

Learn to make your own delicious Brie in your own home kitchen! This course explores more advance cheese making and the world of bloom-y cheeses including Camembert, Brie, Cambazola. You will be making your own Brie, after 4 weeks you will be given your own wheel of delicious, homemade Brie. Instructions, ingredients, delicious organic lunch with a wine paired to the cheeses made in class is served.
Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Gabriola ferry is provided for those traveling from Vancouver Island.
