Vancouver Island Regional Library – New Free Library Cards for Kids

The Vancouver Island Library has released a new (free!) library card for children aged 0-12 years old, including those with existing library cards or to those that have never had a library card before. The new card features west coast Artwork by BC artists & children’s illustration Mike Deas. This card is designed to inspire children to visit their local library and begin an adventure full of discovery, learning & creativity.
